This is how it works -

1. Send me an e-mail with details of what you would like me to make - jewellery, knitting or sculpture. If you have seen something on this site and would like me to make something similar, let me know which page you've seen it on, so I have an idea of what you're after. Also, let me know in which country you are so I can check on postage costs.
   
2. I will get back to you as soon as I can (usually within a day) and give you details on how long it will take me, how much it will cost and any other relevant info. At this point I will also ask you for your PayPal details - don't worry, I only need your e-mail address registered with PayPal for this.
3. If you're happy with everything and want to go ahead, I'll send you a PayPal invoice and, once it has been paid, I will start on your commission.
4. Yes, I will on occasion accept cheques, however, in this case I will wait until it's gone into my bank account before I make a start on the commission.
5. Once the item has been finished, I will post it to you and send you an e-mail to let you know that it's on it's way.
6. I'd very much love to hear from you when it has arrived to make sure it has arrived safely and that there are no problems.
7. All postage is minimum 'Signed for' and for more expensive items I will insist on 'Registered mail'. This protects both of us as both these services are insured.
