  Info

Each individual piece of jewellery is carefully designed to become something special that you hopefully will treasure for a long time. I pride myself in the quality of the materials I use and the high standard of work that goes into my designs.

I use a great variety of materials in my jewellery:

  • glass, resin, wood and occasionally lucite or plastic beads, usually vintage
  • silk, yarn, felt, fake fur, leather and fabric - most of these are used in brooches but occasionally I will use them for other jewellery
  • silver (fine and sterling silver), silver plated, rose gold, copper, brass, gun metal, matt black coated gunmetal or brass - these can be designs I cut out from sheet metal or chains (often vintage) and findings
  • metal charms and designs - often vintage
  • semi-precious beads, pearls, sea glass and shells
  • eco friendly recycled glass and paper beads

... and many, many more.

I never knowingly use any metal that contains nickel, however, in some cases, like vintage charms and chains I can't always guarantee that they are nickel free. Also, please be aware that brass and copper in some instances will react with your skin and stain it. This is a natural occurence and 'out of my hands', it just sometimes happens with certain skin types.

A lot of thought and love goes into each individual piece of jewellery. I am therefore happy to repair it for you if it does break. Sometimes a necklace or bracelet will catch on something and it's a shame if it just ends up in your jewellery box. If it doesn't involve extra materials I am happy to do the repair at cost - i.e. P&P. If it is a more complex/complicated repair I will charge £5 for my time (up to an hour) plus any materials I need plus P&P.

Any questions feel free to e-mail me.
